ABOUT
ME
Passionately Living Authentically
I have been involved in the healing arts since 2003. My life as a holistic health practitioner and massage therapist has lead me along many different paths, discovering myriad healing techniques and my own gift of helping others. I have spent these years developing myself, my wisdom and my work to be as effective as I can be.
I am an empath, I value truth, vulnerability and gratitude. I hope to pass on the power of those choices through my work. I take a lot of pride knowing that I have facilitated healing for thousands of people in a variety of different ways.
In the first few years of practicing bodywork I realized it could only take my clients so far. So, I enrolled at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine to embark on the path to becoming a Chinese medicine practitioner. This four and a half year process helped evolve my skills as a healer and pushed me into working at a deeper, more comprehensive level with the body, mind and spirit. I consider acupuncture one of the most specific forms of energy work. It is more than fixing sore backs and necks. I use acupuncture to access deep energetic wells and remove blocks.
I pride myself on being open-minded and I enjoy working with people from every walk of life, orientation and gender identity. I am kink, LGBTQ+ and polyamory knowledgeable. My path in life is as a catalyst for change. I believe that our culture needs to change and to do that we must change ourselves. This is why I am committed to transformation as a way of life and why I am always looking inside myself for internal biases and limiting beliefs.
